My only issue was I wanted a smaller truck. There were none to be found within an hour of our location.

Steven HVehicle wasn’t cleared of snow. Staff was nice.
Scott RThey wouldn’t use my reservation. They charged me more. The three staff there did not know how to do the UHAUL part at all. They had to call the owner and he would not use my reservation, he said he had to do it fresh. He told me that uhaul always tells people different prices online than in the store and it’s not his fault. It took 45 minutes to get the truck because staff had to call him wherever he was then it took an hour to turn the truck back in as the other staff didn’t know how to do it either and they had to call him on the phone to do it as well. I am highly dissatisfied with this location and UHAUL experience.
Elizabeth BEmployees didn’t seem to know how to rent out equipment. Took an hour. Truck was dirty and had everything from a gross toothbrush to sticky seats.
