The app indicated they did not leave a uhaul for us. Lady from the location was mean and yelled at me claiming she called/texted multiple times, she did not. She never texted or left a voicemail. They said someone had to be there to give us the truck, but we opted for self and after hour picks on the reservation. Rude horrible demeaning people.

Go over contract with customer so they understand not just an email. I found out at the last minute that safe insurance was added to my bill and not at my request $69
VERA KThe customer service at this location needs improvement. I waited over 30 minutes for the keys for the vehicle When I returned the vehicle, there was no one in the office. I called the office number and the receptionist picked up and told me to find some random person that works in the auto body shop which shares a space with U-Haul, and give him the keys. I told her I didn’t feel comfortable doing that because I didn’t want to be liable for missing keys. She also mentioned she didn’t need to be in the office to make office transactions I spoke to me with a unprofessional tone. I didn’t like my experience at this U-Haul location.
