The truck had approximately 1” on ice on the windshield and therefore had to run the engine for an extra 25 mins in the yard with heat on the windshield to thaw . The back roll up door was frozen completely shut as well . I understand weather is unpredictable, but I also think the truck could have been already cleared and ready for my 8am pickup time . On a time crunch move , time is of the utmost importance. Thank you

Truck was relatively clean but smelled like a barn. There was no furnitire dolly as per my request took hand cart instead though would of prefered the dolley. I understand that the uhaul verder is also running another business but felt that there was some lacking in checking the truck over.

We showed up to pick up uhaul and were told that it wasn't there !! We than went to 2 more locations before finally getting a uhaul in Quispamsis!! Very poor communication between stores

We thought we would try the after-hours 24/7 service as we would not be able to make it during business hours for pick up. It first off would not allow the Pick Up option on my phone or others. I called UHaul and was on hold for 37 minutes before someone finally answered. The credit I will give would be to the customer service representative who figured out the issue and stayed on the phone the entire time until we were able to get through the process. She was diligent and tried all options to figure out what the issues were. The entire process took over an hour, cutting into our moving time. I am tech savvy and found this option to be horrid to initially get into. Once we did finally get into the vehicle - the dolly that we had ordered was not in the truck. Since it was after-hours and a holiday the next day, there was not much that could be done about it. In the future, if needed, I will do my best to pick up during business hours so that I am able to work with a live person. Which, ultimately, may have made the process smoother.

The window washers did not work. I drove 20 hoirs from New Brunswick to Ontario and had to stop repeatedly to manually clean the windshield. Very unsafe.
