Customer service was great! Prices were lower than expected and the equipment made my move a lot easier! I would definitely recommend this location.
Tried calling during websites open hours got no answer. Followed answer machine directions to leave return call but never got a return call. Went to do drop off using phone app and found them open and someone just sitting there. Not too impressed.
Over charged and extremely rude. Had to go back next day and correct problems.

Found out truck was not needed 5 minutes after pickup and location would not refund any of the daily rate or insurance or dolly. Not good.
I requested a motorcycle trailer. Instead I got a regular trailer. It cost more then the price I was quoted. It also had no straps because it wasn't a motorcycle trailer. So we had to go buy some straps. Other then that it was all fine. Check the quote versus cost minus the insurance.
Michelle was very nice and she had such patience considering I was late in picking up the truck. Very friendly! Overall very good experience and I highly recommend using this Uhaul rental .

Truck had absolute no pickup -I realize that these are trucks and are not meant to go. Fast like care.but compared to the one I used back in March. (Same size truck) but just wanted to pass that along

Tell us about video return to watch before returning truck. I was just told to drop the key in the Orange box. By the time I seen the video, I could not record mileage by taking a picture- door was locked. I read to see the video off the box, but key was I. It. Customer relation was very friendly though.

1.5 hour wait. Trouble with payment system. Afterwards I found I was charged twice which is now being disputed after another hour yesterday on the phone with my credit card and live chat with U-Haul.
