Everything. I was overcharged. I booked a week a head n where I supposed to went the truck wasn't there. Got text to go to different places to pick up truck. Got there no one was there. Very disappointed

The rental required an employee, but the facility was closed. Alternative truck was made available, but required three calls to customer service. U-Haul website is tangled—from login to rentals to mobile verification, the site fails. Very stressful hour.

The truck has an issue that was not resolved. Luckily we made it. We then were told we went over in mileage even thought they knew exactly where I went and where I was coming from. We had to pay 23 extra dollars after spending 50 dollars to get it back to where it was fuel wise even though they did nothing to help us and wasted two hours getting a mechanic there to say “just chance it and try to get thereâ€

Just an empty looking building with one Uhaul truck outside. VERY poor signage. Very poor street access. Pick somewhere else to pickup or drop-off.

This location needs more training in the rental process. I was told I was his 1st customer. I was very understanding and patient with the paperwork. I took care of the truck and returned with extra gas. I was charged an extra day on the final receipt. I called and questioned him. He promptly returned my call and said there was nothing he could do. I got online and got the UHaul customer service number and called and explained the situation. She was very helpful and is helping me regarding the final charges. I understand the owner of PWs Discount Superstore may can not make corrections, but he could have at least advised me to contact customer service. He ended the conversation as there was nothing that could be done, the charges were final. I was using this UHaul to move stuff for a benefit yard sale to help the nonprofits in this area. I was not asking for favors or handouts. Just what was fair and the time we used the truck to be charged fairly. This UHaul rental location needs more training on the process and customer satisfaction and experience. I will not be using this location again. I will go with other equipment available at a different UHaul provider. I appreciate the customer service department for their help and kindness on this dispute.
