Jena F.I was charge an additional $14 for safe move that I did not originally sign up for online. When I called Uhaul to get this refunded/redacted, I was told that this wasn't possible. The service worker on the phone with me through Uhaul was friendly and helpful- the pickup location refused to give me a refund for a service I never requested.
