Guy working there was excellent. Couldn't have been nicer or more helpful.
David G.More clear instructions on obtaining the key out of a locked box. It required several phone calls. This location also did not offer the pads that I requested. The person who worked there was pleasant but the experience was frustrating. I ordered pads and they said after that it was not a guarantee so I had to use my own blankets from home. They also were not clear about "hidden charges" I was not happy that I was charged an "after-hours fee." This was never mentioned.
