Having to walk two and a half blocks from the Check in office to where the truck was parked seemed like less than wonderful customer service and is why this site is Average - at a minimum I should have been told when I made the reservation so my ride could have stayed.THOMAS P.

Rented a 15' truck expecting the bulk of the interior to be 15'. It was not. This might be noted somewhere on the website but I didn't see it. This should be made clear. It could have been a huge problem.Susan H.
Showed up to rent a truck and they said the previous person brought it back with 1/4 tank of fuel. I was supposed to bring it back with the same. The previous person was charged a high rate per gallon for the gas as it should have been returned full. Before I could use the truck I had to put gas in it as I was going almost 100 miles.JUSTIN O.
I was told extra miles were 20 cents extra. When i dropped of the equipment I was charged 40 cents a mile. Unprofessional location and did not even know their own policies.MARISA D.

I had no problem with the location itself but when I dropped the truck off I was charged the $30 rental fee after I had already been charged the full price of the days rental. The person there didnt seem to have any record but my credit card had already been charged over $200. I didnt want to stay there all day to figure it out so I just paid and left but can someone please help me determine if I was charged extra and why??Ryan F.

We had a reservation for 8am. When we got there we were told our truck was either here or down and across the street. Our truck was down and across the street. When we finally found the truck it was parked in by other U-Haul trucks and was not accessible. We wrote down three trucks that were accessible and headed back to the office. The first two trucks were in town rentals only. Finally the third truck was good. We went back down and across the street and FINALLY we were ready to leave. We feel that since we had an early morning reservation this truck should have been parked in the main lot and ready for us..We do not feel as though this U-Haul cared about us at all, I would not recommend this place until things change and they put the customer first.ROBERT V.

We were not able to return off hours due to u-Haul computer system crash. Had to drive to another location that was open, which was the one we originally wanted/on my original reservation. The inability to call in to u-haul compounded our frustration. Corporate needs a back up system or server, or secondary network in case of outages.Gregory M.
I wasn't too happy about the experience with the app. Upon arrival it was giving me issues and took more time than expected to check in. There was also an issue with the fact that uhaul made me pick up from a location about 4 miles further than where I signed up. That's not cool since they charge for mileage. In an attempt to fix this problem they send me a VIP certificate for $10 that I was unable to locate to use when it can time to pay. You would think the app would know just to apply the discount since it was attached to my info. So overall not the greatest experience with U-haul as a company. As far as the location. I can't really complain cause they didn't do much.Dennis C.

I rented and paid at another location so I wasn't inside long. Employees friendly and everything seemed pretty well organized inside and out. I gave the key to the guy that was on his way outside to receive other vehicles that were waiting for return. He said I could leave the equipment in the back and he would put it away. Got my receipt with no surprises same day.Alexander M.
