Received truck with check engine light on and dirty. Also had to wait 30 minutes to get the truck and never received the moving pads I requested. Poor experience and would never use or recommend this location

LORRIE MI had to rent it with a young guy over the phone. He had to call his boss and his boss asked questions and the young man ask me. I had no idea what was happening! I have yet to find out what the actual cost was and they charged a 100$ deposit and took 8.$ and change out more. The truck 29.99+insurance 15.+milage 20$ = 65?? And tax... what's up with the rest of the cash?? It was a joke from the start with the hixson pike location not having my reservation on top of this. Not sure I'll ever rent again. A train wreck from the start.
