The person who handled my pickup was knowledgeable and helpful until it was time to take possession of the truck. This location did not have space to bring the truck to the front of the building, so I was instructed to go behind the building, not accompanied by the employee, and locate the truck for myself. The truck was parked in an area where I had to walk through tall grass and mud to inspect for prior damage. Also, I had to carry the rented blankets from the office to the truck. My recommendation for this location is a qualified yes.
