ERIS SThe self service app did not work. Each photo took multiple attempts to get the system to accept the photo and then in the final step it said I had to start all over. After 30 minutes of attempting to check in with no success, I called the support line. The representative did an excellent job troubleshooting and eventually walking through each step over the phone. He noted that although the system rejected my photos they were actually all there. It took 65 minutes to check in. Check out became the same problem with photos. I eventually took the “if you photos won’t load, click here to simply return the chuckle” route. I was highly frustrated with the app. In the future, I will seek to rent from a site that has in-person check in and check out.
Jonathan BI won’t hold it against the location, but not having trucks available at the location i reserved is a bad habit at U-Haul. I scheduled my pick up at York, and was moved here at the last minute. Second time this happened.
