When I arrived at the location, the key was not left for me in the lock box. I had to call customer service and they had to reroute me to a DIFFERENT location in order to get a moving truck for that day. This was very frustrating, as I booked this specific location in advanced in order to be the most efficient on my moving day. I spent the morning driving across town in the opposite direction in order to pick up a truck from a secondary location, casing a domino effect in timing for moving .
Hannah LMobile app did not work at pick up and had to sit on the phone for 1.5 hours before I could pick up truck.

Peter RWhen we had booked the reservation, no one told us that it will be self remote pick up. On the second day we tried to open the lock with the code that was given to us, it would not open. We tried to call UHAUL for about 55 minutes and we were being pawned off from one call to another. We would like a refund for one day, as it was returned early by one day as there was no support from UHAUL.
