Having to drive 30 minutes out of the way because there was not any trucks in one city is a bit extra. Not being told until after the reservation had been booked there weren't an trucks near by, it should be better communication. This was by far the worst service I have ever received from UHAUL but the pickup in location in Reidsville was great and very helpful with me.
