No one was there when I went to pick up the uhaul. They finally showed up after 30 minutes then said they couldn't find my reservation but finally found it. I finally got the key was going to pick up Saturday morning which they would be closed. Then couldn't get the pick up website to work to pictures of the truck but I took them on my phone. My receipt says $303 but my bank shows $460??

Best experience I’ve ever had with U-Haul. The location is central for my area. The equipment I reserved was available, including the appliance dolly that other locations are always missing. And the customer service was top notch. The vehicle’s gas mileage was unbelievable. Highly recommend. Excellent service all the way around.
Leona PI was supposed to get my $100 deposit back and only got $40. if I knew that were the case I wouldn’t have done it. The gas hardly changed at all. And I previously spoke with the guy I picked up from and told him I tried to book it for two days and asked if it would charge me more. He said no it shouldn’t and if it does they can get it fixed. I called the location I picked up from that told me they would fix the problem and they told me there’s no longer anything they can do and that it’s out of their hands. Extremely upset with this company.

HAL MCheckout of equipment was a disaster. Truck was stuck in the mud. Couldn't use self check out. Manager of location had to get truck out of the mud. There was previous equipment left in the back of the truck. Interior had mud all over the interior. The blankets and equipment rented in order to move was short on count and location owner didn't care. Still got charged for missing equipment.
