I was charged an additional $9.00. Without explanation.
Robin C.So when I arrived todrop off my truck and trailer, the signage was a bit confusing as to where to park the returns and where to turn them in. The sign points to an alley between the shop and the store, but there is no clear indication that both buildings belong to Uhaul and it made turning in a little confusing. The employees were very kind and helpful though.

Gregory C.I don't know if I will rent from Uhaul again. I am tired of reserving a piece of equipment and then being told the day before I pick it up that they don't have it. It's ridiculous. I payed for a tow dolly. I was given an auto transport. I did not want that. It puts too much weight on my vehicle and it costs more in fuel to trailer a vehicle than it does to tow it with a dolly. I reserved the equipment that I wanted to use and was told it wasn't available too late to find something else. Horrible business policy. I will remember this.
