JESSICA G.I reserved a 6am self-service pickup days in advance with Uhaul, by phone, because of a big move. However the night before I was going to pick up the truck, I was called and told the location didn't actually offer self-service pickups and I had to wait till 9am to get the truck. I was also told there were now no other 20' trucks anywhere in the surrounding area and couldn't get another reservation for earlier. I had to severely alter my moving plans and UHaul should do better.
