- filling out all of the information online was pointless, once I got to the location they took 15 minutes to slowly type all of our information into their computer - the store location was filthy with piles of garbage everywhere, employees were rude - the truck was dirty inside (obviously hadn't been vacuumed in a very long time) and had pieces of paper garbage in the cup holder and on the floor - the truck's gas was very close to empty at pickup - the check engine light was on at pick up - this was the worst experience I have ever had with uhaul and will be renting from another company next time
The service rep wasn't super friendly, but good enough. The truck wasn't super clean, but it was clean enough. This location got me the truck, the truck was functioning, and it was reasonable quick. Don't expect hotel quality service because this isn't a hotel and that's fine. Used online check-in.
Very difficult to communicate with owners/agent at this location. Also" too much requirement for photographing things and uploading (e.g license) - difficult for non-tech people
The pick up/drop off location should not be open...period. It is a disgusting place that is poor representation for uhaul. The truck smelled like fish, was dirty and the â€˜online check in' did not speed up the process. If I haven't caught COVID 19 yet, I'll have it now after being in that horrendous store. The ladies I spoke with regarding my complaints were lovely and very helpful on both occasions. The First Lady said a complaint could be submitted. The location was very disorganized. I had to wait quiet some time to get the truck and there was now walk around or to tell me about the vehicle. The gas tank was empty and when I asked about the fuel level the store owner told me to find a gas station without clear direction. The truck was dirty and inside was littered with past drivers trash. The truck did its job and I returned it early, but the payment was very unclear. I made a deposit using my debt card and got cash in return. I didn't get a receipt until a few hours later.
This owner of the shop I hired from was incredible unprofessional, wasted about 2h in total signing and returning. Made us clear out the truck when we got it. Tried overcharging us for fuel. Terrible experience with this location

I wasn't expecting to have to go to counter, this location doesn't have a mobile self-pick up. The only attendant was concert about the patrons of the store instead to do the registration process for me. They have a terrible customer service, it took about 25 min to get the truck, and I had to remember what I ordered (dolly and furniture pads). I do not recommend this location.
A disaster U haul needs to stop allowing these people to represent their company. Rude, dirty, lazy, didnt even know what I already did online. Wont use u haul again. If U haul doesnt care who represents them then I will go somewhere els.

The location is not optimal in a Covid-19 environment. The owners barely speak english so thankfully, the uhaul on-line process helped to ease the transaction.
Absolute thief. U-Haul overcharged me and after talking to 3 customer reps and asking for a manager and putting in a dispute, no one got back to me nor gives a shit about customer service. You had a chance to keep a loyal customer for $20 but instead you threaten to take me to collections. I have the rep on voicemail saying it. Good luck spending $1000's on your customer acquisition costs to try to bring me back to uhaul. Never again.
The man working at the store was very unfriendly and uninviting. He was helping other customers while doing my paperwork and was taking up time I had booked to use the vehicle. He would go around and not tell me if he was done or still working on getting my vehicle ready for me. I will not return to this location to use Uhaul ever and will not recommend anyone to go to this location. It was run down and cluttered inside the convenient store. Very poorly kept.
Extremely disappointed to find that the vehicle was provided with low fuel, with the requested furniture dollies and pads not included, and with poor/no english literacy of service. I was told that it was up to me to fetch dollies if I wanted them from the back of their store and that I would pay extra despite having already ordered this with UHaul online. Zero effort made by the staff to complete a walkaround of the vehicle, properly check the odometer, etc. Unclear if this is standard for U-Haul, but this was clearly unacceptable service. Will not be returning.
The man who checked out our vehicle to us was very rude and continued to keep checking other people out before and while he was helping us. The vehicle was not clean and he didn't do an inspection after the vehicle was returned (which means I assume he doesn't inspect after anyone else returns either). The property itself was a mess (there was human feces in the parking lot which I stepped in while walking around the vehicle during the pickup. All around, a very disappointing experience. This does not reflect (very much) on UHaul, but rather on the individual/location we rented from, however as a representative of UHaul, it should definitely be of concern and on your radar.
After much confusion in regards to rental and getting the paperwork in order, I had to put down a $200 deposit. Truck was dirty and I had to clean it out before loading my items. When he returned the owner was upset I did not bring in a picture of the gas gauge showing the before fuel level. When I showed him the 2 pictures of before and after, he insisted there was a difference and ordered me to go put $10 in fuel then come back. When I protested, stated it would cost me more in miles (not kms) he said to just give him $10. After some protest to no avail, I simply gave him the $10 for fuel. The thing is, it's not reflected on the receipt he gave me. There was a minor, and I mean minor discrepancy with the fuel gauge, not even to demand $10 from me, and then have it on the official receipt. Poor, very poor customer service, and I would never recommend this place to anyone to rent a vehicle from. He just pocketed the $10.

Maybe as it's just corner convienance store, when I returned the van the clerk behind the desk could not give me receipt just said I will get email, but 2hr later I got txt from U-haul asking if I want to extend my rental, I then drove back to store it still had the same person and asked me to wait for the person who originally gave the van to return, he cane after 15mins and was able to complete the return thankfully!!! I will go a proper UHaul store next time instead of these satellite locations
Truck was messy with garbage in it. Next issue has nothing to do with this location, but I had booked a reservation the night before at a different location. Went to pick it up and the code wasn't opening the lock box with the key inside. TERRIBLE experience with U-Haul.
