Did not have the appliance dolly I needed and had to go to home depot to rent it. Was done with the truck and came back @ 2pm to return it and the door was locked. Nobody at the location to return the truck and equipment rented, Had to call the 800 number to get authority to just take pictures of my mileage and the truck itself and throw the keys inside the mail slot. Very disappointed and time consuming after I was done.
