I have used this location twice because of proximity to my location, but both times, despite notice that the location would be open for business 2 to 6, it was not. Both times I depended on business time notice of 2 to 6 PM, and both times no one was there at 2PM or soon thereafter - very poor business practices. Nor was there any signage indicating where to park the trailer and use the app to close out the rental. I normally want your people to inspect the trailer and close it out, rather than the app ( partly because the app does not use the iphone zoom features on my iPhone 14, which allow a full picture to be taken in close quarters with other equipment ). Second, I was only able to drop off and use the app because I had observed a truck and a trailer in an adjacent field on my previous visit in which I waited till 3:10 to see a live person. No signage existed on the road pointing to where they want items dropped off. The second time I was looking, and I saw the dirt tracks to guess the drop-off point. Finally, no one was helpful, because no one was there, nor did they answer the phone number given on my rental receipt. . .it went to some call service who knew NOTHING. By comparison, I have picked up trailers at your two locations on W Waco Ave, Waco TX, and both did answer the phone, and were inviting and sharp as a tack, the complete opposite of what I experienced in Richmond, TX.

JEFFERY FI know these vehicles are rented for many different things, but when we opened up the back it was a strong fish smell (likely transporting seafood). We were able to get it out but the smell was pretty bad
