The parking lot is small. They only sell low grade gas. They do not have mid or high grade available and some of the gas pumps did not work at all. Additionally, I took my photos before opening the app so if you need them there should be a way to send them to you immediately separate from the app. If I get another U-Haul it would be nice to be reminded that the photos have to be done before turning in the key. We were very tired and apparently checked out completely wrong. The guy could have reminded us at the start of drop off. It was truly frustrating.

DAHLIA SThe check-in employee(which was on the phone) was great. The check-in process was delayed because the location did not complete the return information from the previous renter. We had to wait for clerk to do that before the check-in process could begin. I rented the U-Haul on June 27, 2025 at 10:41am. I brought the U-Haul back on June 27, 2025 at 4:45pm. I received an email on Tuesday July 1, 2025pm asking what were my plans for the U-Haul because they thought I still had the U-Haul. I called and notified customer support that the U-Haul was returned on June 27, 2025 at 4:45pm. He noted this information in the on my contract. I received a call on Friday still looking for a U-Haul that I had already turned in. The Danco clerks need to have training or need to be reminded to check-in the U-Hauls when they are returned.
BETH LBetter access to trucks with an appropriate walkway versus walking through hole in the fence, and being able to pull out as I had to go over a curb to get into parking lot then the street.
