If your return application does not work with chrome, you should warn your customers rather than having them fight the application, finally resorting to calling for hellp to be told I have to download another product for the process to work.

My church uses this U haul and I absolutely love the staff. We use this location EVERY week and the manager Danni and her staff are amazing, professional and personal. We spend a lot of money each month but the excellent customer service takes the pain out of the expenses ???? We absolutely appreciate you guys . Thanks for great business

Seems like there is a lack of training in using the computer to rent the equipment or the application is to convoluted. It took me an hour to rent a 5x9 ramp trailer and I was the only person in the store when I walked in. It took several phone calls to the store manager, who was still u able process the transaction, after which she just gave up and hung up the phone. After another Employee tried again for the third time he was able to complete the contract. Needless to say I was very frustrated with the lack of knowledge the employees had in operating the computer system which they said had a â€œglitchâ€. It seems unimaginable that a company this size that relies on the general public to maintain its business would have such poor customer service. When I returned the rental the Store manager met me at the drop off and checked me in. After waiting a few minutes she looked at me and asked if I wanted her to unhitch your equipment. Really! She looked at me as if she was mad and said I would have to wait until someone came out. I donâ€™t work for Uhaul and she was expecting me to do the work! Again terrible customer service. In closing, I expect a response from someone with authority to contact me. Like the email said, you have my information. Just to be clear the location Iâ€™m referring to is the Super Center at 5208 Jefferson Davis Hwy, Richmond VA. The frustration involved with this rental was totally unacceptable. I have talked with other customers from the area and all have said the same thing, itâ€™s horrible customer service. Other than the lady manager who was rude at check in the employees that were trying to complete the contract were very nice and apologetic, but that only goes so far when they tell you your card is rejected( that I just used before going there) and 3 attempts and an hour later I finally leave the lot. Not only is my time valuable but the the time you paid 3 people and someone on the phone is poor business management. There is no way you made money on this rental. I donâ€™t get it?? Please be clear I expect a full refund to my card for this contract and if that doesnâ€™t happen and I am not contacted I will be escalating this until I get someone to contact me, if not, I will be contacting the BBB. It took me over an hour to complete the self check out. The app does not work well at ALL. I was highly disappointed in that. The staff at this location were very friendly and helpful! My only dilemma was the STUPID app!!!

The customer service was excellent and all employees were very professional when accomplishing their job. In order to further improve your service, I would encourage you to ask the customer if they will pay with the same credit card used to hold their reservation. Some customers used their credit card to purchase items online and to hold reservations; however, they may pay with a debit card.

I called and spoke with representative at location. While my Minister waited at the location for me to arrive. I have rented from you for several months, same time, every Saturday between 5:30pm and closing. Chaz has been so very helpful, knowledgeable, professional and most of all, COURTEOUS. The young lady was none of these, first of all. But even with her rude customer service, we thanked her and left. When I looked at my account, it was overcharged $20 more than our weekly fee. After reading the receipt I noticed the young lady charged us $20 after hours fee...I again became furious all over. When did we occur an AFTER HOURS FEE BEFORE EVEN RENTING THE TRUCK???? I personally don't think I would like to deal with customer service like that. I appreciate the young man, Chaz, but expect to be treated similarly by all U haul staff.
