They were closed nobody knew that I was picking truck up so it held me up a extra 45 minutes had to do things on my phone down load up load it took alot of time NOT Happy!!

The key drop off was not well marked. It was located in a business next door, which raised the question if I was dropping the key at the correct location. This business also didn't enter the return into the system (truck was dropped when the business was closed), and I received phone calls from UHaul that the rental was past due.
