The location, employee and equipment were all fantastic. What I did not like was that I selected a 6x12 trailer on line, assuming only available trailers would be shown. After going through the entire on line process I received a phone call the next day saying only a 5x8 was available. Why was I able to reserve a 6x12 when none were available at the selected location? I was offered one that was at another location that I would have to go to ( that was way out of my way). Why wasn't that trailer delivered to my selected location?MICHAEL W.

The people whom with I dealt were professional and courteous. However, the equipment, a 15' box truck, showed signs of above and beyond abuse(I.e. multiple dents, missing a mirror, brake dust covered wheels, scrapes, dirty interior windows, etc.) but overall it was appeared useable. The rental agent and I had done a visual exterior pre-trip inspection and was assured the vehicle was ready to go. Shorty after leaving the rental agent heading down the road, the oil light on the dash, kept flashing on. As soon as I found a safe area to pull over, I checked the oil. No oil appeared on the dipstick. I called the agent and was told to purchase the needed oil and I would be re-embursed, which I was. The truck needed 4 quarts of oil to bring it up to the low limit. This alone made me question the thoroughness of the maintenance of these vehicles.I am glad I was only using the vehicle locally and wasn't planning on a long trip, not knowing what other mechanical issues that might of occurred.SCOTT C.
We had a 20' reserved at another location at 8am . we got a call and customer service called and said they only had a 15' at another location and will be ready at 9:30 am . we went to the location and the truck was not due back till 11am . That was a big time setback and a waste of our time having to go back for the truck . We also applied to do reservations on the app and it was not set up to do that . The lady at the storage facility was great but not happy with the way Uhaul handled the situation . We will be renting a 26' in about a month and we will be using penski unless Uhaul wants to make up for the hassle and inconvience. Thank youROBERT S.
My reservation was for another location. I was never contacted to be told that my location was to be moved. Also the truck I reserved was not available so I was given a smaller truck for the same price as the bigger one. The people at both locations were awesome. U-Haul's lack of communication is troublesome. I was only sent notification of my location change as I walked out the door to head to the truck and begin my move. The locations deserve 5 stars, u-haul gets 1.5Brian B.

I was incorrectly charged for insurance. Was supposed to be $14.00, per my request. I see, however, I was charged $28.00. May I expect a credit to my Master Card?
