U-Haul should pull its affiliation with this place. On top of opening 40 minutes late, it is a run down building, had no less than 40 cats running around inside, and reeked of cat urine. I almost got sick to my stomach. They said they rescue cats.

This location was disgusting. The owner rescues cats and I counted at least 35. The office reeked of cat urine and feces and had clearly never been swept or mopped. Several litter boxes were scattered around the building, all of which overflowed with feces. I have half a mind to call local officials to report what is most likely a health code violation and an animal abuse issue. I think a a U-Haul representative need to pay this location a visit.

Tom BLaura came to work on a Sunday to help us. We were sending a truck to NC with supplies.
Robert PThe smell of cat urine on the trailer as well as the 100s of cats inside the store made it almost unbreathable, as far as the equipment there was a slight smell of cat urine inside of the trailer, other than that the owner was professional enough and his assistant was nice.
