This rental experience was terrible. I reserved 6 weeks early, then 2 weeks prior to pick up U-Haul called and changed m drop off location. 2 days prior to pick up got another call saying I need to pick up at a different location. I got there and it was not open. After an hour of calling I was finally able to get the truck. I spoke to the guy at the business were I pick up the truck and was told U-Haul never informed him that I would be there. I finally got the truck, drove to the house we were moving from and found the back messy. I had to sweep out the truck before I could start to load it. This was a terrible experience with U-Haul!!!!!
