I returned the van with a quarter of tank of gas and they said it was an1/8 full then charged me 57 extra dollars. This occurred three days after I turned it in. They were rude on the phone. Will not recommend or use U-Haul again

I would recommend using U-Haul for any type of moving situations.

CGarged me $15 for a few leaves in the back of the truck and a piece of styrofoam. Outside signage was a little confusing. no trash bins near for leaves or styrofoam. When i called to question charges I was transferred 3 times and then eventually got a voicemail. Then a rude email regarding my questioning of the charges.

Only issue there was no lift jack built into the tongue. Had to bring my own. To heavy to lift off hitch. Other than that no problems. Mr Hardesty very helpful and friendly. What customer service should be!
