I was charged extra mileage even though I stated I was going to be stopping at my new home. Don't charge people extra mileage if we state we will be driving to our actual destination. Y'all didn't have anything close to where I moved and literally made the experience longer and stressful than it should have been. To top it off, you charged me extra mileage because I didn't drive it straight to the drop off? I stated that I would be stopping in Cook. I probably won't be using uhaul again with hidden fees.

I had to drive 200 miles (round trip) to pick up the auto transport at my expense with no compensation from U-haul. I would expect a 15% discount for that huge inconvenience. I doubt that I will ever use U-haul again. I wasn't even given a contract copy at pick up. Horrible customer service. U-haul gave me the wrong drop off location resulting in more inconvenience and more expense.
