U Haul attendant was young man who also had the responsibility of being cashier for the store so my contract was done in between other customers and a bit disjointed. The vehicle got stuck in some icy snow and I called him to report I might be an hour or so late as we intended to melt the snow around the two tires so we could drive the vehicle out which we did and I returned it and placed the keys in a box at the rear of the store which the young man stated I could do when I rented the vehicle. He was polite and seemed to be doing his best though the interruptions from the cashier role may have been a little bit disruptive for him ?
