Didn’t interact with anyone at location
ERICA KFix your app. It was almost impossible to pickup or drop off the truck. App was slow to respond and tedious to navigate

CHARLES RThe UHaul truck ride was not as smooth as previous rentals from UHaul. Also we drove through a rain storm for almost the entire 6 hours and when we got unloaded there was more water inside the rental than should be accepted. We had multiple blankets and pillows soaked. We had a few items that easily could have been damaged but we caught it early enough. It was only at the back of the truck.
