The location was great, the employees were friendly and helpful. The online process was tedious and buggy. Uploading the pictures stopped the app from working during check in and took many attempts during check out and a prolonged period of time. Also some of the initial check in could have been done prior and was unexpected and delayed check in.
Kirk A.Clerk didn't know how to get someone in. Manager was rude and system didn't work properly. Wouldn't let me get me reservation until an hour after because he didn't know how to work the system. Would not recommend anyone using this U-Haul location. U-Haul should take this location away, it's destroying the brand.
Julius J.I was told that they do not accept equipment there, I.e. the equipment dolly and furniture pads. I was told I had to bring them over to another uhaul facility on Maple ave in Rockville centre, who told me that they wouldn't accept those pieces of equipment either. Not even sure if the equipment was ever checked in, guy at the original location told me he'd “take care of itâ€.
Gabriel K.The attendant at this location made me very aware that he did not work for U-haul, and that he was really doing me a favor in filling out the paperwork . The inside truck cabin was dirty, all of the windows were dirty as well.
