Great service! It was fun doing business with Tiger Rents and especially Joshua Trelease. The truck running quality was poor to fair. It seemed the transmission was going to fail at any time. The truck would move back to second gear whenever I took my foot off the gas pedal, and it was loud in second gear. Maintenance on the truck is required for future rentals Fran Wieloch

This was probably the worst experience I have had with moving. First the truck I was suppose to pick up less than a mile from my house in Christiansburg didn't make it. Therefore I had to drive over an hour away to Rocky Mount to pick up my truck. On the way back home I had to find an alternate route due to a major traffic accident blocking the entire highway I was to use to get back home. On the alternate route that lead me through back roads I hit a large rock on my personal vehicle and now I have to replace my tire. So thanks to uhaul not doing what they were suppose to do, I wasted hours of my day and now have to buy a new tire.

This was easily my best experience with any U-Haul transaction I have had to date. Pickup was quick, easy, and efficient and the truck was fully ready for us. The interaction with the U-Haul representative was both pleasant and very informative.

The gentlemen there are all great. I rented a U-Haul auto transport trailer and they were extremely helpful in the shop. Even helped me diagnose an issue I had with my truck trailer light outlet. Fixed it in a jiffy and I was on my way. Definitely recommend them.

Very professional service I received from Josh, helped me out very quickly as well. I had lost the key to the uhaul truck I rented & he went out of his way to help me get a new key . I will definitely rent from tiger again

My girlfriend picked up the trailer for me and Josh borderline sexually harassed her. He took care of the customer behind her and sent her family member outside so that he was alone with her. Then he proceeded to heavily flirt and say that he was going to take her out even after he looked on her drivers license and realized he was 20 years older than her. It made her very uncomfortable. When I returned the trailer he actively looked for her and commented "well this is a downgrade". Is this how uhaul treats women? By making them uncomfortable and scared to do business? That is unacceptable.

Make sure u account for not having trucks available at right locations and also return locations. Had to take it out of the way both pick up and return requested extra miles to account for the issues. None provided. Also I had reserved equipment and there was none available.

I was extremely upset when u-haul refused to refund any of the charges even when i returned tbe truck in 23 hours as opposed to 48 hrs. They wouldn't even refund the 10 dollars for the dollie which I was unable to get on the truck and so I returned to original location. I feel it was unfair to charge me 205 dollars for 23 hours so I will never use or recommend U_haul again. Moving is stressful and expensive enough without y'all treating customers like this.

Well honestly I am deeply in shock over my bill. I had rented before was not that much which was why I went back but this I was charged almost 300 dollars and for a mid morning pickup and same day drop off I was in tears, that was money I did not have to spare and I am just deeply hurt and shocked. And I left with half tank and brought back with half tank and was charged , I am just very very upset, live here and try to always do business in my own town but never again.
