I was charged for hours I didn't use. I was charged for 6 hours only and the truck 2 hours, I was charged for extra miles and the lady didn't even check the mile when I check the truck back in. I'm highly disappointed in the location service.

Amazing, kind, easy! Just this week I got an email that my rental drop off location, which I had dropped to just one day after renting, was waiting for my return. TWO WEEKS LATER?? Not sure what's going on with your company but your customer service sucks.

VINCE D.I didn't notice this until I had finished unloading the truck, but there was a lock on the right hand hold on the back side of the truck. I am assuming this was used to lock the back door. No one told me of this and there was no key for it in the cab of the truck. I left it in the cab of the truck.
