Uhaul changes my pick up and drop off location after I had already reserved a truck at a location close to my house. I was charged for the extra 20 miles that they forced me to drive. On top of that I paid for a 15 foot truck and was given a 12 foot truck. It was an all around bad experience. I wouldn't recommend Uhaul to anyone.Michael B.

I had reserved a furniture dolly but they did not have one when I arrived.Clara F.
At time of pick-up, it appeared that the trailer had been swept out. However, when I began to load the trailer later at my move-out location, I discovered there was a film of dirt and dust on the floor of the trailer. I had to sweep this out myself before loading, since I wanted to keep the bedding (etc) that I was loading clean. Otherwise, the pick-up process was efficient and I had no other problems.Bradley B.
This truck was a 2006 model and is WORN OUT! There was no passenger-side seatbelt and the truck didn't have a backup alarm. It has no power, horrible play in the steering wheel, and was wrecked all around it. This vehicle should be removed from the fleet. I will be reporting it to the GDOT for inspection.Lee K.

Truck was plain white and didn't say UHaul on it Front tires were going bald and not safe. Agent didn't not look at truck condition or mileage before taking truck and over charged me for the mileage. All in all the agents were not friendly and somewhat inconsiderate. I would never return there.Brian T.

The key is locked in the back of the truck. The code that is given to you is for the lock on the truck. It took us a few minutes and a phone call to figure that out.Heatherly B.

Actually have the equipment I reserved a week before. And if you don't have it let me know before I get there to pick it up. And let people know they're renting a â€œlocal truckâ€ so they don't have to drive the truck all the way back to the pick up location.Nan B.

Pulled into the lot with a 20 ft truck in the pouring rain. When I asked if I needed to sign anything to show I had returned the truck and equipment they told me not to worry. I left but felt uneasy as if anything happened after I left, the paperwork would show i had the truck. I called the main UHaul number and was told I should receive an email confirmation which I eventually did . My feeling is they didn't want to go out in the rain to check the truck and inventory the equipment.Michael K.
