I told them I would have the Uhaul for 2 days, they called me the next day insisting I bring it back for another customer. They charged me for 2 dollys even though I had only rented one. They also charged me for more gas than I had left in the truck. I will NEVER use this location again.

When reserve on a holiday, make sure to have everything ready. Also, confusion in system so was charged twice, although I am getting a refund back, it is affecting my current financial situation with the unplanned expense.

There was a dirty sock between the seats and chips under the passenger seat. The sock grossed me out. Not Uhauls fault, but True Value who clearly doesn't make sure it's tidy. Truck ran great and we perfect for my move though.

David and Kayla were not helpful and rude. David provided incorrect mileage/fuel levels and didn’t believe me about the fuel gauge having issues. Refused to provide any help with the extra fuel that was provided. I will not return to this location.

Staff were friendly and professional, way better than other uhaul locations, A+ to them! However, truck not offered at location I selected on uhaul website and I wasn’t notified until the next day about necessity of needing to drive extra 5 miles on $1.00/ per mile truck to pickup at completely different location than it allowed my to select online. Figure out where your trucks are. Cab had cigarette ash everywhere; in every cup holder, door skin etc. I cleaned before returning in order to avoid possible extra charge. Very displease with that.

My rental was entered incorrectly. It was supposed to be a one way and it was marked as an in town. I was in charge $333.60 I have made multiple phone calls to your customer service as well as to the store to have my money refunded immediately because it's costed me several overdraft fees because of this charge. If this is not rectified by the end of the business day today I will be contacting The Better Bureau service.

Reserved a ebclosed trailer uhaul site said was confirmed at roscpe location for pickup sunday morning. I go to pickup and they dont even ha e trailer i needed so i had to rent a open trailer as i only had sunday off to move furniture for remodel and was going to drive to the hood in rockford to get one after 12.

Nothing but problems,very poor maintained equipment, wiring issues with trailer and trailer surge brakes not working. Probably won't use Uhaul again.

The location was fine. The problem is that I didn't pick that location when I made the reservation. I had to travel 10 miles further than I wanted which cost me extra money. I wasn't notified about the change until 2 hours before time to pick up the truck so I didn't have any other options but to go with that.

Don’t charge me for missing equipment when I in fact did return it, charge me for said equipment in the first place when I never requested it. Train your team on how to remove these items at pick up that I didn’t want (dolly and furniture pads) and FOLLOW UP with me like I was told would happen days ago.
