My experience was the absolute worst! You over charged and when i paid for another 24 hour rental , not only did you harass me by calling me 5 times , you threaten me that i had to have the truck in within a few hours or you were going to charge me more. So i get there on time but didn't have time to clean it out, because you didn't give me enough time , so you rushed me toget my stuff out if the truck and clean it which i didn't get to finish because you wanted to go home so you kicked me out and told me not to worry about it and then you charge me for it. Who does that. Rent a truck and then harass them by calling them all the time , i couldn't get my things done and lost money. Not only was i confused why i had to have the truck back but i was fustrated and mad as hell. I will tell everyone about my bad experience and recommend not to rent with you. And i will leave a review on Yelp and everywhere i can!!?

Improve!?? Hm...perhaps if there are dents on the vehicles, note to the next customer that Management is aware of it, so this poor soul wouldn't worry that "You Dent it, You Pay for it!" On Friday morning about 11:50 A.M. I was personally at the 600 S. Garfield Ave. Alhambra CA 91801 to make a 10 foot truck reservation. The manager, Mr. Frank Tullo, promised me that I could picked up my truck 2:00 just after his lunch break at 1:00. At the meanwhile, a customer popped up and interrupted our conversation few times, but the manager still confirmed my booking of 10 foot truck at two while I was leaving. At the meantime, he copied all my documents, driving license, credit cards, e-mail address and etc. At 2:00 P.M. my wife and I arrived at the Alhambra store; Mr. Tullo shockingly told that the 10 foot truck was reserved by another customer because of his inadvertently mistake not double checking with his computer. He offered me another 15 foot truck with a higher price $10 more; certainly it would cost more gasoline for my driving too. I politely explained to him that a 15 foot was too big for my apt driveway, but he insisted that it was suitable for my moving which is a groundless statement. He made a mistake, offered no help to me but a ridiculous explanation. According to his explanation, the customer Mr. S. Huang who jumped in front of me, was the culprit of this problem. And I should told Mr. Huang not interrupt. Do I get pay to do his job? Finally, he referred me to the Rosemead store without any discount, even though I persisted and told me that it would cost more in the mileage, gasoline and an extra hour to pick up a truck in Rosemead due to my moving right at Alhambra. Because my wife had already set up a plan, without any other choice we just rushed to Rosemead and rented a 10 foot at there. I still cannot understand how a manager could not deliver a face to face booking with customer; furthermore, he cared nothing for his silly mistake but his customer paid it. All the mistakes r caused by Mr. Haung, so I cancelled all the rest booking with him as I lost my confidence in him. You may call me to obtain any further details; by the way, I could only make one trip instead of two because of time restriction. Now I hire a moving company to finish my moving. Mr. Frank Tullo rushed us to Rosemead store as there’s no guarantee for us to get the truck.

Pick up the car position is not striking, took three back and only to see a very small sign, even more serious is the car's cab leaking, more than two thousand steps of the road has been raining, my son's three clothes are Wet, severe colds, call their customer service but said let us find manager, for my particularly bad English, can not call, also let me find a manager, it seems the next step I want to find a lawyer rights It!

All of the personnel that I interacted with on the telephone and in person were professional, friendly, and helpful. They were all excellent, The rental truck however was not up to par. The transmission on the truck was in extremely poor condition. When driving in reverse to back up, upon giving it gas, it would not engage, and then engage all at once and jump back extremely fast which is very dangerous when trying to back up a 15 ft truck in a narrow tight space. Also, there is a rubber strip that has separated from the engine cover in the cab that interfered and would catch on my shoe upon acceleration, which is extremely dangerous and a huge liability! I did not feel safe in your truck and had a truck driver give me his professional opinion and he said it was in bad condition! The windows were dirty, the upper storage area inside the truck was very dirty and transferred onto all of my belongings. The facility itself was fine. Other than the truck it was fine. I had requested a consideration for a credit of some kind, but have not heard back.

Check in was not great. First they told me if I purchase extra gas, I will be reimbursed. Then they said I would not. The truck I rented had a little bit of dust and tiny debris, which I didn't really mind. However, when I returned the truck the man was extremely rude. He went in the back room and handed me a broom and pan and told me to clean it up. He said if I didn't, I would be charged extra $25. Which is ridiculous because first of all I didn't create or leave any type of mess and it was simply dust that was already there when they gave me the truck in the morning. Secondly, that is absolutely no way to talk to a customer. He then proceeded to grill me to ask me if I hired anyone to load the truck and then insisted they were the ones who left dust. Then continued on and on about the dust. That man should definitely not be working there at all. When I talked to the man at the counter he actually backed the rude co-worker. It's good to be loyal to your friends and co-worker, but at the same time when he is completely unreasonable and rude you shouldn't be supporting his bad behavior.
