The Strouhal Tires guys took the time to replace one of the trailers tires after I asked (it was pretty bald), and work on the trailer door, which was sticking. I left feeling alot more confident.

Make sure your emails to renters STATE if the location has specific drop off times!! I showed up and their gate was locked and I couldn't drop my uhaul off.

Check in took almost 2 hours at Struhal Tire in Rosharon, TX. The one person who handles U-Haul at that location was in a meeting so after I waited 15 minutes I disconnected the trailer and returned the dolly and blankets rented. After an hour I received a text stating my rental was overdue. Still in a meeting. Unacceptable customer service.

Provide drop off services to not be charged for rental when not needed because facility is closed!

The staff here weren't too helpful at first. The first guy kinda pawned me off to his manager. I think she was in the know of how to accept equipment, nonetheless, she took of business and had me out in a matter of minutes.

Strouhal tires customer service is awful. The lazy employee wouldn't help hook up the car trailer and on damage receipt lazy employee stated damages and I didn't specify that's a flat out lie. Lazy employee took a picture of the damage. The car trailer popped off the ball while a car was being loaded and damaged my truck.

The clerk was not sure about how everything work. She changed the location I had down for my home address and put the drop off location as my home address. Please give more training. Still do no understand why we had to pay $20 for loading up the vehicle on. We just rented a trailer a month ago at drop off location and there was not a charge at pick up or the drop off. The gentlemen that assisted that goodness for them.
