Rented from one location. Person from that location called to let me know truck came back in and will be available for me to pick up. Then uhaul corporate called later that day and left me a message that my original location was not a 24/7 and I had to get my truck from another location. The hours of operation were exactly the same as the original location. This added unnecessary miles to my rental. When I went to pick up my truck the so said I did not have a reservation even though I had confirmation emails. Through your chat feature I spent about half an hour to finally get the codes to get in the facility. They said the problem was that I did not pick up the truck at 8pm. The start of my 24hr rental. I feel the reservation should be kept open the full 24hr time I rented the truck. This caused undo aggravation and time to my move.
There was no one onsite! Which sucks when you have to have an access code to enter the property and the 34 1/2' long truck is sticking out into a busy road. Luckily a patron of the facility arrived shortly after I did and gave me his code to enter the facility. Too bad no one was onsite to check in the vehicle. It was a shit experience.
U haul did not explain 24/7 share very well Very disappointed
We had a 9 AM reservation. The location was supposed to open at 9 but no one showed up until 10 AM. Then I was on 24/7 share or something like that, so once I could get into the location I had to go through that process to rent the truck and also go through the same process when I returned it. It's a hassle having to go around and take pictures of , myself, my license, etc. to rent the truck. then when I return the women sitting behind the desk just sits there and tells me to use the app to check the truck back in. So I have to go back out and take pictures of the mileage, gas level, and multiple truck interior pictures before I can check out. No point having a human there if they can't show up on time, and when they are there just tell you to go do it yourself. Bad experience overall.
if I did not inspect trailer I would have been charged for a missing light lense entire housing. After waiting for the installer to install new lense.... it fell out 200 miles later because he used too small of screws! I was not told the wiring harness was short and I must pick up my own adaptor to have lights!
Kept getting message the tire pressure was low
Picking up the van using the app was confusing to me and did not flow well. The facility was not open on Sunday, next time I will go to a place that is open.
Having problems with lockbox. No one around to help
I rent from u-haul eight to ten times a year. This truck was filthy and the cargo area was unsafe.
I WILL NEVER USE THIS PLACE AGAIN! I picked the truck up and the woman explained that the truck was clean and inspected when last returned. I drove the truck to the local Home Depot to pickup building materials but they were not available. I drove the truck back without ever opening the back door. I was charged $25 cleaning fee because they said that there was glass in the back of the truck. How can there be glass if the truck was inspected prior and I never opened the door? The woman was very rude and unwilling to assist me. I think that it is their attempt to swindle customers and make more money (as they are a smaller family owned operation and this was the daughter). I use Uhaul alot in the past but this has certainly jeopardized my future relationship with them.
I arrived and the location was closed, gate locked. I was unable to contact uhaul customer support or the location. I sat around for more than half an hour until someone exited the location, then I had to wait again to get out. Horrible experience.
Awesome job! Our furniture was very heavy and they did an excellent job.
I tried to register oml;ine but your system locked up on me. Before it did, I had scheduled a pick up of 12noon. We got there and there was a sign that they would be back at 12:30 so we had to wait. The system did go through as she had my info there. It added the insurance though that I did not want. The truck was great. Very new and ran well. But it did not have seat 3 in the cab only seats for 2 and there was NO RAMP. That was a big problem I was not expecting. That size truck should have a ramp! Not the locations fault but U Haul, I imagine.
Everything was wonderful except for a large 2in deep hole in the middle of the truck (panel was broken so one side was down). When using the dolly it got stuck here easily. We ended up breaking a dresser at one point. It was upsetting.
The customer service person doesn't seem capable of multi-tasking, waiting for him was slightly annoying but still a very polite man.
Staff was very professional and nice . Would recommend your storage facility to my freiends and family.
The system was updating this morning so check in was slow. But the associate that was working was very attentive and made the experience very good. I think updates should be done on Sundays while the office is closed.
I made my reservation a day ahead so I could have everything ready to go when I got there. Was very disappointed to be pointed to a van that was buried in 9 inches of snow. Took me 20 minutes to get the snow off the windshield and another five minutes to wait for the windshield to be defrosted. Finally get ready to go, (while I'm freezing cold f from digging and wet from my feet to my knees) the van is stuck because of the nine inches of snow behind it. No one comes out to help me, takes another 10 minutes to dig and push my way out of the snow. The experience was horriable! Never again will I rent a truck from your location. As a customer I should not have had to move the snow off van especially 6-9 inches!!!
Was charged for cleaning when truck was brought back in same condition. I had to remove the snow from the truck when picked up. They hadn't plowed yet and had trouble returing truck. Received a call from person running the place, was given attitude about where I parked the truck and dropped keys. I would never use this location again, personal rude
The agent was VERY rude and unprofessional. She refused to look over the truck with me. Didn't even tell us to do it. She accused me of lying when I told her the pads were not sealed. I had to argue with her to put a seal on it. She was wearing pink pajama pants in the office. It was the worst rental experience I've ever had. I will never rent from this location again!

Went to pick up my rental truck at 10a however they did not open the gate until 1010a I had to sit and wait. The service person and truck was all good it was just the waiting to open that was a problem.
Here's Da problem.. I asked for a breakdown of my billing... I saw charge $100 for cleaning. Which I took photo inside Da cap.. miles side of the truck and inside the back of the truck which it was clean... upon returning the truck on Sunday there was no one there to received truck... it was close ..just to charge me $100.00 for cleaning which is a lie...
