No suggestions it was easy and convenient
Clean inside and back of truck, fill up tank before returning, truck had less than 1/4 of gasoline!!!, truck had no cold A/C. Bad experience today, great people in the store though.

Absolutely terrible experience. This location is staffed by a guy that has a severe attitude problem and makes you feel like you're significantly inconveniencing him during interactions with him. On top of that, when I got home I realized that the equipment I ordered with my truck (and got an email confirming was ready) had not been included. I called the guy back only to be told that it was my own fault for not checking and that he didn't have the equipment anyway so I'd have to call around to try to find it.

The staff was very hospitable. The guys there were very accommodating as well. I was held up in traffic during the return leg of the rental and they understood my dilemma. I think they need a cargo van at that location 'cause some renters are "afraid" to drive the trucks and only need something to keep their big TVs out of the weather and deter theft. Moreover, cargo vans are easier to handle in this Texas traffic!

Gave me wrong truck and made me go back to exchange and did not change time no contract. Wrong truck only noticed because I identified a discrepancy in miles on contract versus odometer.
As i left with the truck I realized only then a few miles down the road that the tank was not full. When I returned the truck I returned it full as I thought maybe no one at your office had noted that it was removed without being topped off and thought I would have no way to prove it but that I would mention it. I did and the staff did know that it was not full when I took it but forgot to tell me and said only that I was not required to fill it up but offered not even an apology for not informing me of the fuel status. I agree I should have read the paper work before I checked it out and before leaving but I did not. I should have also called U haul the minute I noticed it was not full but I did not.
my pickup location was changed the night before, and when I finally got my truck there were no furniture pads, and I had to go to another location to get them, and wait in another long line. The location i picked up the truck, was not a good experience. I wasnâ€™t even shown anything, and i was told to check the mileage and gas myself. I returned the truck late afternoon yesterday and the man told me he was busy and would send me an email saying I returned the truck, but never received one.
Tire could not hold air, stem was leaking. Had to spend 5bucks for air. Kept hearing a banging on roof. Then windshield rubber gasket came off. Banging stopped had to put gasket in cab. Interior was not clean, was muddy and not wiped down. Rained in Katy, when entering the cab next morning, the missing windshield gasket and windshield not sealed caused rain to get into the cab of the truck. Truck needs some maintenance a little TLC goes a long way. Other than that mechanically it was ok. Tranny seemed to slip. Keeping air in tire was a pain.
My pick up and drop off locations were changed and never communicated to me. When I called to change my drop off to a location in my town I was told they have you drop the trailer where they need it.... Iâ€™m the one paying for this service how about you give me a location where I need it!

The old guy was helpful but not one question about the truck or my expierence driving it. Yet on your recorded messages while contacting customer service the message is played over and over asking customers to report any problems. Your business model and equipment maintenance are absolutely pathetic.
I was able to return the vehicle a day early. I called the business to confirm the location. He said no problem to return early. Friendly and quick check out.
pick up place had truck but trailer had burnt out tail light the place would not repair after waiting 30 extra min with out telling me that I have to fix or take to the main store to repair the tail light
When I went to pick up the trailer, the employee could not get the electronic system to work properly. Prior to realizing he pulled up an old reservation, he told me he was unable to rent the trailer to me despite it being on the lot. The owner agreed with the employee. I requested he call uhaul which he did, but stated they were no help. It was not until i called uhaul that the problem was resolved. I was dumbfounded that they were so nonchalant about my inability to pick up a trailer that was scheduled for me to move my daughter to another city. I had even called them the day before to confirm the reservation and was told it was confirmed.
it was perfect and convenient. they were extremely lenient with the time returned and customer service is top notch.
