Did not use vehicle had Smell of gas was immediately return and parked in exact space it was remove from vechile checked out at 6:45 am and returned 8:15 am same day followe all returned check in procedures given on my phone. Everything was approved and I was billed $79.00 later i was billed for two days which over draft our Bank account and still remain overdraft while our bank investigate same day we wind up renting truck from Enterprise to do the job was renting from u haul there are Cmeras at this site so how could such an erro happen in billing? And U-Haul not want to refund our money un excepted

I returned my uhaul trailer after hours and the app was not working, so I called in the following morning to validate the uhaul was returned and checked in, but couldn't get in touch with anyone. I called a second time and still couldn't get anyone. I left a message... I later returned to the location and was able to get the app to work, but was now returning it one day late. Net - I returned the trailed early, but was charged for an extra day.

I ordered my rentals at the location right next to my house, and then the day before I was picking them up, you guys switched my location to one 45min away. I'm disabled, this was a huge hassle for me. I'm sure it saved you guys some money, but it made me very unhappy with the customer service of your company, I will be sure to pass on my experience to my friends and family so they can avoid having the same thing happen to them.

About mid-July I was called by UHaul and offered a significant discount to make a reservation for September 15th , and assured that I could change the date if I was not sure when I needed the 15' truck.. I did change the date to about 9 days later, and assured my rate would not change. When I showed up to pick up the truck, the rate offered could not be found, and no record of the original reservation could be found. in the system records. I had long frustrating conversations with UHaul corporate customer service. My original reservation discount was deceptive and a rip off. Cannot trust UHaul to keep their word, or good records. Never again!

And the Trailer was so dirty inside and outside and they said sorry but was raining but when we returned back they charge us 25 dls. extra because was dirty outside and also one of the tire was in horrible conditions we need to stop every 20 minutes because was losing air. I comment to the guy receiving the truck and the act like nothing and then when I saw they charge me in the bill 25 dls I called them and he told me is nothing they can do and he was so rude to me the worst U-haul experience i have.

I parked the uhaul and tried to knock on the office door around 11:40 to drop it off. There was no one there but there was a drop off box so i guess I did everything myself which was fine but I didn't know really what to do, so I just left the uhaul near the entrance.

We filled up the truck to full before returning it, and he still charged us $8.08 for not having it on a full tank. That doesn’t make any sense.
