The van was outstanding. I was new to the app and doing the shoot picture thing. In the Louisiana heat and humidity that was not particularly fun, but I understand the process. That has no bearing on this particular location, it was just hot and sweaty to walk around and shoot pictures. I have no clue how you can fix that. I talked to the UHaul rep there a time or two and he was very helpful, interested, and informative.

My pick up time was delayed by 3 1/2 hours. The fella working this convenience store location got me through the process of the paperwork and paying the fees but, had no personality and no apology for being so late. Tried to call UHaul 1-800 number to change return location was on hold for 24 minutes.Talked to someone in another country. She transferred me to the wrong traffic department. they transferred me to another location after another 18 minutes on hold I hung up. Terrible customer service. Had the same on hold experience in March with the 1-800 number UHaul needs to fix this. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
