Would recommend because the employee was nice and helpful but the location was in a sketchy alley way and seemed to be shared with some sort of junk yard because there were a bunch of broken down vehicles. I was hesitant to leave my car there but it stayed for 9-10 hours and it was fine when I picked it back up.
Great customer service will definitely use their services again.
This will be a long comment, but this is my experience: I first made a reservation at the Florin road Uhaul rental but was redirected at the last minute to Guardian self Storage off Fruitridge road due to high volume and lack of resources. I had the worst experience at Guardian Self Storage. The man behind the counter attempted to confirm my reservation but apparently couldn't contact anyone. 45 minutes into my reservation he hung up bmthe phone and ignored me when I asked what was happening. He then had the nerve to tell me I could cancel and go somewhere else. Needless to say, I went to the second location, 5661 Franklin, immediately and received the best service! So I would recommend this location, however as a whole, Uhaul may want to reassess who they employ as their "in between".
Waited for front desk help for 45 minutes...no one in the office.

Our Truck was not available at the location we reserved it at they referred us to this location at a later time and they were completely closed nobody available.This was beyond a poor experience
