The gentleman that checked out the equipment to me at the pick up location was extremely courteous and informative. I had zero issues with equipment pickup.

Danielle TWhen I arrived at the location I was told to pick up my uhaul it was not there. I had to go to another location. The original location seemed to lack good customer service skills in handling the situation.
Greg BWiring on the trailers could be improved. Also correct hours of available pickup on the website would be nice. I scheduled 8 but it didn’t open till 9. The amount of time to take delivery could be improved.
