The gentleman was very kind. The 1st truck he put me in was TERRIBLE! The front end bounced up and down so bad it was unsafe to drive. He agreed and went to another location to get a different truck. After 3 hours of waiting for this, the 2nd truck also did the same thing. Could only go 40mph on the hwy due to the vibration and bouncing. My friend, who works for Uhaul, has for the past 25+ years, as a truck mechanic, said that this truck was very unsafe to drive. He said the engine is miss firing, causing the whole engine casing to bounce, then causing the whole front end to go spastic! My whole experience from reservations thru the end was a nightmare. Sadly, after many years of only using Uhaul because of the easy truck rental process, friendly customer service, and very decent trucks - I will NEVER use Uhaul again, and will NOT recommend Uhaul to anyone. Not sure what has happened, but Uhaul sure is not the company it use to be.

There was no one there to help the Customer, I had to walk around and find someone. When I returned the truck, before close, they did not go out and check so I could get my final receipt. They were in a hurry to leave even though they weren’t closed yet and just said they would send me a final receipt later. Will not go back to rent from this location. Since change in ownership/manager it’s not the same.

This was not the location of my reservation. After waiting several hours I had to back track to this site and pick up my truck. I was so frustrated by this time I didn't realize they had put a cap on my mileage so they charged me extra just for a one way trip. I have made this move more than once and have never been capped or paid for extra milage.

I sent a previous email regarding my experience. I had a van reserved for 8am got there and wasn't there. Said I was changed to another location. I was unaware. I showed up to a different location to get the van that I was too have at Bills and said I was too go to Hwy K. Went to one off 70 and St Peters. They gave me the run around and wouldnt help me and I asked for a discount and they said I would have to take it up with Hwy K which they weren't aware of all this. So I left then came back and she wouldn't take my debit card which I've used everytime I've rented. I've also have rented com u haul 4 x in the last year. Left and came back because I didn't know what to do. Frustrated that no one would help. Its now 930 and was too be gone at 8am. Another guy there helped me but couldn't use the van but a 10ft but one they had was for 1 way only. Problem after problem. He sent me to one over at Hawks next and he was nice but still no help with discounts for the problems all am and leaving 2 1/2 behind schedule

First of all, we were only given half the moving blankets we requested and were charged for, so I had to waste half an hour driving over to pick up the rest. Before we returned the truck we refueled, made sure the back was clean, and folded the blankets. We also took a picture of the mileage before putting the keys in the dropbox after hours. When I received the final bill I noticed we were charged for 37.4 miles that we had not driven, $14 worth of has even after it was filled, a dolly we did not use, and a ridiculous $25 cleaning fee even though the truck was clean and the blankets were folded. So I had to waste more time calling the location and arguing with the attendant who said that his records showed the extra mileage and that the blankets were not folded and that no one else could have used the truck. He finally put me on with some type of manager who happened to be at the location when I called. I explained the situation again and he finally agreed to refund the extra charges. However, after this experience I don't plan to use u-haul any time soon except as a last resort and I will definitely not recommend this location to anyone.

My original drop location was changed to this one. The mini mart location refused to accept my drop off and where extremely rude. This location was great.

I will NEVER use UHaul again, nor will I recommend them to anyone. The employees at both locations were not helpful, hard to understand (language), was given wrong keys to wrong truck and didn't seem like anyone knew what was going on or how to rent a truck.

I'm not sure if it is maintenance or design related, but I did notice that the sliding door mechanism snagged and broke the electrical wires leading to the turn signals. I managed to temporarily tape them back together, but it took a while to figure out why they quit working partway through the trip.
