When picking up uhaul van there were 4 people in line and one person signing up people. When returning there were 3 trucks in line and no people so I guess the trucks were just being parked there. A little cluster both picking up and returning. What happen to the days when a customer has full coverage insurance and if the truck was damaged there insurance took care of the damage? Now Uhaul wants to charge an $11.00 fee for insurance and if a customer declines they are expected to pay for the damage immediately. That seems like a scam!! Why should a customer have to pay $11.00 when they have full coverage. PLEASE EXPLAIN Thanks.

Pick up was AWFUL--it took 50 minutes to check in, and I only had 2 people ahead of me! The van I rented smelled like marijuana, and I was charged an additional $20 for returning the van at 9:00 PM, which was my scheduled time. AT NO TIME WAS I EVER TOLD I WOULD BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL FEE FOR THIS!! The website I was supposed to use to check in when I dropped off the vehicle wouldn't recognize my location and wouldn't let me continue past that point, so I couldn't check it in myself. I've been a good customer for years, but I WILL NEVER USE UHAUL AGAIN.

You need more employees working during peak times and at the end of the month. The line to pick up and to drop off was a 30 minute wait. You had 3 employees that also had to help customers outside with return and pick up. You need at least 3 counter people inside and 2 to 3 employees that can help take customers outside without shortening the inside counter help. The wait was horrible.

First of all...location, cleanliness or customer service was not an issue. My issue is that my reservation was made prior fir a 4pm pick up. I got there at 4:15 and was not checked out and on the road until after 5:20pm. I had 3 customers in line ahead of me, but I guess the computer system was running slow (???)...the hour plus wait threw my whole moving schedule off track and made the remainder of my day one of the worst. Needless to say I was not pleased with the wait time.

I rely on Uhaul for my flower business. I understand delays during the check in process, however I waited 1 hour for check in with only 4 people ahead of me. I usually build in my delivery schedule 1/2 hour pickup time from Uhaul, but waiting an hour made us late for our wedding flower deliveries. I have been a regular renter from Uhaul for years,because your service supports my business. I hope that next time I use your service, there won't be a major delay.

The location was very busy but they checked the trailer in right in the parking lot. I bought the trailer and had it installed at this location. I told the staff about the issue I had with the crossed wiring. All is well now.

Geographic location is good. Staff needs to be much more attentive and client focused. Yard and garage area needs to be straightened up and cleaned up. Equipment is well used and abused. Equipment is generally dirty, inside and out.

I was charged a overnight drop off fee when clearly I walked in at 7am to return my truck. When it's your mistakes customers should not have to wait for funds to return to the account. I am a very dissatisfied customer!!

Pricing was entirely wrong and inaccurate when I reserved online. My bill went from expected $70 to 115$. I will not recommend this place.

The process took entirely too long to rent a trailer. I was in the store for nearly 30 minutes for a trip that was 5 miles round trip, and an hour and 20 minutes with loading and unloading. It took me 5 tries to get the trailer door shut. It should be looked at, but I did forget to tell the fellow when I returned it.
