One employee working I waiting in line for over 30 min before I was addressed. And honestly. $126 for a 10' truck for 4 hrs and drove it less than 20 miles is insane. I can't believe how expensive that was.

Received notification via email that my reservation was changed to some garbage share reservation and I could pick up anytime. My reservation being originally for later that day and for only 10 hours. So I go early, the person at the desk quoted me a total of under $60 estimated dollars. She said that if I didn't use the dolly, I would not pay for dolly. She said truck due back by 12:30pm Feb 2nd. Didn't use dolly. Returned truck before 12:30 with more fuel than it had at pick up time. So, why is my charge almost 2x the estimate?!?!

This U-Haul location always makes pickup and return extremely easy. The vehicles or trailer I have rented are always in great shape. I wouldn't consider any other rental location.

Hello, On 1-28, I reserved a 17' truck. When I arrived to pick up the truck, I was informed that the 17' foot truck that I reserved had not been returned. I explained that I needed the larger one, but was forced to take the 15'. I only had help that day for a limited time and based on the size of the truck, we only expected to make one trip (about 26 miles). After loading and unloading the first truck, my help was gone and I still needed to make a second trip since I didn't have the 17' truck that I reserved. This took way longer than expected and I had to make a second trip and had to wait for help to arrive. The next day, I was contacted by someone from U-Haul, and when I asked about the guarantee, she told me that they can give me any size truck if the one that I reserved wasn't available. I asked her even if the truck is too small and she confirmed this. She then said that she was denying my claim and hung up the phone. The next day, I was then charged for two days because I didn't have the correct size truck that I reserved. Below is the email I received for my 17' truck reservation. I would like to have the charges for the second day removed as this was no fault of my own for not having the correct equipment size.
