Every thing went quickly for getting us in and out

The return was horrendously bad. I was called one day before the truck was due to be back and a Long Beach storage location was given as the Return location I should use to return the vehicle. I then chose to do so and returned my rental to a facility that was virtually impossible to find. I returned the truck and had to bang on the door for service only to be greeted by a totally hostile woman who grabbed the keys and gave me no receipt or anything. She was rude and couldn't be bothered to hear that I was returning one day early. Nobody logged in the time of the return, Didn't check the mileage and didn't confirm that the truck was returned in perfect condition. I will be loudly commenting on yelp. Why would you ever recommend and suggest this drop off facility for me.

Scheduling told me rodeo the truck off at any location. First two would not take the truck. “Full†I took it to a third location that was closed and dropped it off and left the keys in Dropbox. Overall, the 26 foot truck was terrific, handled and drove wonderfully. I would rent again. Thank you.

The were rushed and just gave me the truck of someone who had just dropped it off. there was clearly no thorough run through of the truck, because they recorded my mileage wrong resulting in an extra charge. fortunately this was taken care of by UHAUL corporate.

I like to freak with a real person not have to take all these pics and do the whole process on my own. That is what I'm paying for. Also, the cell service in that area was really crappy so it took forever for me to get through the return process.

I only put yes because it was a convenient location. It was closed after 12 noon on Saturday and wasn't open on Sunday. I am 72 years old and if my son wasn't with me I probably couldn't have done the text form, on my phone, to turn it in on Saturday, when we did or Sunday which is when we were supposed to have it turned in to them.

Please keep this location fully equipped with trucks and trailers I have rented numerous times from this location, and rumor has It that trailers won't be available soon. We locals here in St George need the services. If trailer services stop, I will start a business for locals for trailer rental. I can see big money in it like you are making.

You guys were great. I loved how easy it was using the text message links and uploading photos for the departure and after hours drop off. The 15' truck I used was the right size. Thanks for your recommendations on your website. And the utility dolly and furniture dolly were an absolute must have, so it was good that they were an affordable $7 rental. The personnel at the desk was super busy on the phones, so A ++ he gave me his full attention while there and was really good about everything given the health crisis times (Covid-19 concerns). I just really appreciate that your company was up-to-date and professional.

They told me that I could return the trailer to a different location that was closer if I wanted to, but when I tried i was told there would be a $200 charge if they took it from me. So i wasted time and gas taking the trailer back to two locations....
