Truck needed an oil change. Cab was filthy and by extension was not sanitized for Covid....not sure how you are allowed to rent non-sanitized equipment during the current pandemic. On the good side the service from the location rental was excellent and the equipment operated well.

There was a pair of used gloves in the truck, but the actual truck was very clean and service was excellent but with this covid virus make sure there is nothing left in the vehicules rented

Top notch service, they were very friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate. Maria and her team are very professional, courteous, and willing and able to help. One hiccup, was the truck i ordered did not have a loading ramp...something that I expected to be part of the trucks' features.. They were super helpful in getting it switched. Ten stars!

Location was closed on day of reservation . Self pick up was a nightmare ! No code was given for the lock box , by fluke we ran into someone who knew the owner in the parking lot and called them. Owner clarified things remotely .Got our truck , returned it only to be told by self drop off app that our miles were lower than what we started with . Waited 25 mins on hold with U-Haul to clear it up. I would think twice about using this location when they are closed !

I was suppose to drop my truck in St-Polycarpe. According to your website, this location still offers U-Haul services. But it is not, so I had to drive it to an other place 15 minutes away. Please remove VD autoshop St-Polycarpe from your website.

Le devant du camion n'avait pas été nettoyé et était un peu sale. La boîte n'avait pas été (bien) balayée au préalable et des couvertures non pliées jonchaient la boîte. Mais le service à la clientèle est excellent. Les représentants H-Haul y sont courtois et sympatiques et vous mette vite en confiance. Je recommande cette location sans problème.

Vraiment insatisfait face au Service à la clientèle : Aucune courtoisie provenant de Marie-Éve ''air bête''. Même pas venue faire le visuel du trailer ni avant et ni après. Partie avec mon Permis de Conduire et Carte Crédit sans explication et l'ai perdue de vuel. Elle aurait au moins pu m'expliquer qu'elle devait aller à l'intérieur du magasin car pas de machine interac dans sa petite cabane !! Vraiment déçu. J'étais pris de court car sinon, j'aurais été ailleurs c'est sur...
