Don't double book trucks through the website and make someone change their entire schedule! The man at Raymans Auto was very courteous and professional, but I will NEVER book U-Haul again.

The location was great. The worker there was very helpful since the your online service did not work. He was polite and got us out of there quickly after being there for 45 minutes trying to use the phone app which was awful.

I had to keep the truck an extea day due to my movers not showing up. The Owner was very rude. He was yelling and screaming at ne . I kept apologizing but he continued to berate me. I was already in tears since my daughter and I had to move down three flights of stairs and up another three flights on our own . It was a ver bad experience. The manager/ staff of the regional office was very kind.

I reserved an appliance dolly/handtruck and it was not in the truck. The ppl running the UHaul service were very unfriendly and unapproachable any questions I had he said I had to contact UHaul for answers.

My reservation I made almost a month should have been valid. Stop giving out false information on location of trucks and time to pick up trucks and information about mileage. There wasn’t a need for me to make a reservation because the original place didn’t open till an hour later and when it did open the truck they said they had for me wasn’t there so I had to go 30-40 minutes away from my house in which this location was 10 minutes away. Finally moved talking to Uhaul they Assured me there wouldn’t be any extra charges. whole week later I received an email saying I owe extra charges and they already went into my account to Retrieve it. Called to talk to a representative and no one knows anything about the extra charges.

My rental was assigned to Rayman without my knowledge. The reservation was with A to Z Auto Center who assigned it to Rayman for no reason. Rayman was excellent and accommodating. I will not rent with A to Z again because their action was disruptive to my schedule

Kind of not friendly. Employee told me I could look for my invoice in my email instead of checking the returned truck and letting me know if I was going to be charged more or not. It would have been helpful to have that information within minutes, instead of waiting.

After reading other reviews, I wasn't sure what to expect. I went in with an open mind and my experience was flawless. The young man that waited on me explained all my questions. The vehicle was as advertised and clean. I used the online system which sped things up and check in was seamless. I'll be using them again in the near future.

Disgusting in every way. Truck was filthy, lights for truck needing maintenance were on. The car lot is dangerous to park the truck and your own car. Staff was rude and they charged an extra day rental, I had the truck for 3 hours. When I tried to dispute it no one will contact me. Now my credit card company has to dispute the charge. I have used U-Haul a lot for my industry but I will never use this location EVER. Stay Away!!!!!

It was important for me to get an early start, so I reserved the truck for a 6:45 pickup. When I got there, I was unable to check-in via the online app. I was later told that I had been 'locked out' because I had arrived late. Had I been able to check-in and retrieve the truck keys on time, I still would have had to wait for U-Haul personnel to arrive because... * Appliance dolly which I had reserved was not in the truck * Only 6 moving blankets were in the truck, I had reserved 12. I never did get the other 6 blankets even after the U-Haul guy showed up, he said they were low on blankets So, all in all, a very bad experience with U-Haul. I'll be looking elsewhere next time I need a rental truck.

Be more transparent to customers. I called hours before i was supposed to pick up the truck rental to check on the reservation. Associate told me everything was fine when apparently it wasn't. I didn't receive a follow up call to let me konw that my truck wouldn't be ready when I arrived. I had to go down to the shop twice. I missed a day of moving.

There were no instructions sent on how to get the keys to the truck. Our truck didn’t even have the dolly or pads we paid for.

Overall satisfied with the location and equipment. I am very disappointed in Uhaul's scheduling. I asked to have a truck at certain time, but the time was changed by Uhaul's scheduling, which made me have to change my plans. This is not customer service in my opinion.

I had ordered pads, which the website showed were available, but an earlier renter ended up with them. Truck was somewhat dirty in cab and in truck bed, but nothing I couldn't live with. The 10' truck was exactly the right size for the queen size bed, two-seater sofa, and kitchen table.chairs, as well as boxes. It was easier to drive than I expected, and the many mirrors made backing and parking straightforward. Rayman's was helpful and informative, and I would return there to rent another truck if I needed one.

Floor boards in the van were muddy and not clean, but with the self check-in I was able to take a picture to prove it wasn’t me. Self checkin the first time is a little hairy, but well worth it.
