Worst customer service ever!!! Sara K needs to be retrained or fired. To start off, the rental van was filthy inside and out (dashboard filled with layers of dust, cigarette stench, dog hair all over seats, and the vehicle needed a car wash badly). I felt so disgusted driving the van. In addition, the Service Reps provided the worst customer service, extremely unprofessional. I was never told how to enter the garage to pick up/drop off the vehicle and was treated with blame for their lack of process and customer service. Sara K was was extremely rude with her responses and scolded me for entering the building incorrectly and that I was late returning the vehicle. Never again will I rent from this poor service, run down and filthy location.LINDA T.
Just a suggestion to add more specific instructions about where you are located - what to look for when approaching your location. It was not easy to spot. I ended up calling the office as I was driving and Gregg provided great directions! Great service recovery! I love that you had customer parking. This was very convenient for a downtown location. Greg was mean and seemed very prejudice. From the moment I walked in, he talked to me in a condescending voice. After getting everything from the storage, in the rain, I tried to explain to him that I would be late, but he insisted on telling me how much I'm inconveniencing him and other customers. I informed him that it is COVID and I wanted to disinfect everything before my daughter touched it. He told me he doesn't understand what the even means. I have rented from U-Haul several times in the past and he treated me as if I was borrowing his car. When I dropped the van off the next morning, Sarah was completely nice and apologized for Greg's behavior. I wouldn't recommend renting a UHaul from the Sibley location. Go on Eaton.Ryan L.

When I had first arrived I was waiting outside of the locations for 15 min before anyone opened the door even after I buzzed to get it. I then was uncomfortable by the guy named Greg (Acorn Storage Saint Paul) as he approached the door he had no mask and no worries about the current pandemic. He wasn't professional he had a very condescending manner towards me. He kept on mentioning the previous renters and how they didn't fill up the gas tank and how I need to fill it otherwise I would get a $30 fee like they did. I've rented from uhaul before it's very easy to understand that but he kept bring it up as if I was going to do the same as the previous renters. I'm not sure why he assumed I would be irresponsible with this or why he even had to share that information from a previous renter with me. I felt that he saw that I was a young person of color and he had preconceived ideas of what type of person I am. It was a major red flag for me as I've rented from Uhaul before the same exact moving van and never felt uncomfortable in the process as I did renting with Greg. I then inspected the van and noticed how sandy the floors were and random trash in the door compartments. Greg should have been worried about making sure the rental is in clean condition and sanitized! I had to spend some time making sure it was safe for me to be in that van. I will not rent from this location again he made me very uncomfortable and that could have been avoided if he was professional and took precautions measures.Selena M.

The gentleman working was very helpful. Perhaps a bit of a naysayer trying to work around the holidays, but very pleasant when I was in person with him. All good, location is part of Acorn storage and everything was great. Van was perfect for what we needed. Clean on the inside, badly needed to be run through a car wash on the outside, but didn't bother me much!!!Francisco H.

It would be great if customers could return vehicles at anytime so reliance on a person to allow drop off is unnecessary. Even it were a dedicated U-Haul spot the city approved for after hours drop off would be great! Just an idea... the service was great. DianeDiane R.

Not a good representation of U-Haul customer service not so hot they told me they were not Uhaul they were Acorn Storage pointed to his chest and the labeling on his shirt. Had a rough time getting checked in then had the nerve to call me the next day to see how things were going like I was being rushed when I had the truck for 2 days. Upon return apologized.
