This location should be called your Getto location. No one is there. Store front is shuttered. After I called customer service the owner had to call me to give me the lock box code. I had to take of picture of the dashboard and send it to him when I was done. Worst experience ever.

Dropped the equipment off at the location at 4020 66th st. N. Saint Petersburg, Fl. As it was closest to my location.

JAMIE LThe area that it was in I just didn’t feel safe bringing the truck back. The truck was brand new, and work just fine, but the location it’s just not in a safe place for anyone to bring anything back late at night. The owner wasn’t there. It’s very dark lit. There’s an homeless encampment where you drop off the truck. So I didn’t even feel safe turning my back to take a picture of the truck when I returned it. Overall, just not a good experience. It also smelled like waste.
Adrianne WThis was a little different from what I am used to with Uhaul. Everything was by phone, and I had to hook the trailer up myself. It went well, but it was different. The person on the phone was very receptive and helpful.
